30-60 minute sessions available Train via Facetime! For Anyone - Any Fitness level Includes: Personalized Private Training Including: -Strength -Weight Loss -Fat Loss -Weight Gain -Endurance -Speed -Overall Fitness -Stress Management *Can combo this with Health Coaching for faster results!!!
One hour session via Facetime with a partner For Anyone - Any Fitness level Includes: High Intensity Interval Training Strength Training Weight loss Health Management
Includes two 1-hour sessions (via facetime, phone, or in person) to get you where you want to be. We discuss diet, exercise, life goals and overall health and well-being. For Anyone Includes: Personalized Health Plan Healthy Food Coaching Lifestyle Management Grocery Store Tour (if local) Workouts can be added to this package!!!
