Garage Workout

You don't have to go to the gym to get a good workout in! This garage workout doesn't even require equipment! Enjoy!

Main Exercise - 3 sets of 10 (:60 rest in between)

-Push-up Burpees (drop down to your knees for the push-up if needed)

Arms Tri-Set (complete each exercise in sequence x3)

- Inchworms - 5 reps

- Bench dips - 20 reps

- Plank Shoulder Taps - 10 reps each arm

- Rest :60

Cardio Circuit (complete each exercise in sequence x3)

- 50 jumping jacks

- 20 lateral mat jumps

- 30 high knees (each side so 60 total)

- Rest :60

Abs Circuit (complete each exercise in sequence x3)

- 30 side crunches (elbow to knee, 15 each side)

- 20 reverse crunches

- 1:00 plank (high or low, you pick!)

- Rest :60

**Stretch & Foam Roll after cooling down!
